So I have gone a little sepia today for this month’s project, decorating a 6X6 piece of whiteboard for Christmas. 

Polkadoodles Christmas Wishes Winnie with the Sweetest Reindeer!

Good morning everybody!

I’m here to share another of the stunning new WINNIE CHRISTMAS WISHES that were added to the store last week and this little cutie is ALL WRAPPED UP, look at that sweet reindeer.

I do love a shaped card, don’t you? I used one of my LDRS Build-a-Card dies (sadly discontinued) to cut my base and first layer.

New Polkadoodles Winnie Christmas Downloads!!!!

Hi everybody! 

Whoohoo new Winnies are in the house (listen to me trying to ‘get down’ with the kids) and they are, as expected, totally and utterly gorgeous!!

I have used FRIENDLY CUDDLE  on my stepper card, look at those sweet snowmen.  I was inspired to make a stepper as I thought it would go well with one of the fabulous POINSETTIA LACE dies either side! Good idea or not, what do you think? Bit over the top?

Welcome back to day 4 of our blog hop and today has a Christmas/Winter theme. 

I do adore the A VIEW FOR ALL SEASONS STAMP SET, so versatile and contains the cutest little kitten!! 

So I decided that I would make the window into a door and house front decorated for Christmas.

I used almost all the stamps in the set, using the smaller fern die to create a wreath and a Christmas tree.

Welcome back and today’s theme is Halloween...wha-ha-ha-haaaa!!

We don’t really ‘go all out’ for Halloween in the UK (which is a shame I think) but that doesn’t mean we don’t want and like to make spooky cards! Oh yes! 

So here is mine using the ‘far too cute to spook’ stamp set HALLOWEEN HIGH JINKS

cut out with their matching DIES.

First I made my background by smooshing different inks onto watercolour paper and then cutting some dark grey card with the IN THE GRASS DIE SET.

I then stamped, coloured and die cut all my little characters going for a sort of black & white movie feel.

You may have noticed that the little girl is no longer dressed as a unicorn. Well this was because she really wanted to be a pirate so I stamped and die cut the pirate and cut away his headscarf and sword..

…I also gave her the pirate's hat too… 

Next I wanted a spooky house because, as we all know, that’s the best place for a Halloween party. So to work out how I was going to do it I created a template by cutting the LIL PINK HOUSES DIE twice out of scrap paper, cutting out each individual house and then arranging them as I wanted them.

When I was happy I cut from black card, edged with SNOW WHITE HYBRID INK and glued it all together.  I then coloured in the windows and doors with a yellow marker.

I do love autumn, with all its lush colours and I had fun making this card.

I have used the SCALLOPED RECTANGLE FRAME DIE SET to make my card base and the stunning GARDEN GATEWAY DIE SET (cut twice in both black and gold) as the frame for my sentiment, which comes from the PICK OF THE PATCH STAMP SET.

Isn’t that dinky cat just the cutest?! He and the pumpkins are from the A VIEW FOR ALL SEASONS STAMP SET and I coloured them with pencils.
