Colour Crazy Challenge – Anything Goes With Polkadoodles!

Hello! I’m back again!! Happy Easter!

It’s time for a new challenge over on THE COLOUR CRAZY CHALLENGE BLOG and our weekly theme is always ‘Anything Goes’! There is a wonderful prize on offer for our lucky winner so check out THE BLOG  for details.  But don’t forget we do require you to include SOME COLOURING (any medium you like) on your entry…that is what we’re all about after all!

This week we are sponsored by the awesome

This is not actually my week to join in with the challenge but it’s been a rough few days (my dad died on Monday and one of our dogs had to be put to sleep a couple of weeks ago) so I needed to take my mind off things and I think we all know where that leads…..crafting and getting messy.

I have used some of the brand new POLKADOODLES STAMP SETS that were launched recently on Hochanda to create an underwater scene.

I ‘adapted’ some of the images to make a ‘jellyfish’ an ‘angel fish.. type thing(!)’ and a ‘mermaid’.

Ingredients:

Clear Stamps: TIME TO BLOOM, SPECIAL TIMES, GREAT DAYS & BESTOF DAYS

Colouring: Spectrum Aqua Markers: Fawn, Peach, Sandstone, Spice, Sea Green, Lake Blue, Fern, Hot Pink, Amber & Purple

Colouring Paper: Watercolour

Dies: POLKADOODLES CHERRY BLOSSOM - Tonic 'Nesting Circles'

Others: White Liquid Pearls

So visit THE BLOG and join in with our fab colouring challenge, and as it is Anything Goes you have no excuse!!!  And if you love colouring why not share your makes with us in our FB GROUP! We would love to see you.

Thanks so much for looking and for your kind comments and have a wonderful Easter weekend!

See ya!

LDRS Creative – Winnie and Her Cupcake!

Hello everybody!  How are we all? Hope you had a wonderful Christmas! I am blessed to be part of quite a big family so ours was riotous and fun.  No one got arrested though!

So anyway I am posting on the LDRS CREATIVE INSPIRATION BLOG today with a rather spring like creation using a fabulous LDRS stamp from Polkadoodles called WINNIE’S SCRUMMY CUPCAKE.

Now that’s a big cupcake!

It’s so nice to be able to stamp and emboss an image because that means I can give water colouring a go. Soooo much quicker than pencil colouring!
