WL2C – A Weirdre Mermaid!

Hello! Happy Sunday! Hope you are staying safe and well!  

Time for a new monthly challenge at WE LOVE 2 CREATE which is always ‘Anything Creative/Mixed Media Goes’ and we are sponsored by the awesome POLKADOODLES!! Our winner will receive a fabulous prize so check out the blog for details.

So, I made a tag this time, creating one of my favourite things an underwater scene.

I used sparkle paints to colour an MDF tag.

I masked off one of the flowers from the RAINBOW WISHES TOADSTOOL HOUSE stamp set and stamped WEIRDRE over the top, so now she has a tail.

I used other stamps from the MAGICAL WISHING WELL WISHES and HOMEGROWN TOADSTOOL HOUSE sets to create some sea creatures, coloured with my Zig pens and fussy cut.

I completed my background by layering with stamps and a stencil then glued everything down.
