DC – Coffee and Cake Anyone?!

I have used this cute Winnie from the WINNIE SUGAR SPRINKLES collection, making her smaller for the tag. Not my best idea as, unlike the one pictured below, the colouring was a bit fiddly and my eyesight's not great. I have new glasses too! Ho hum!
