Gem of a Challenge – Cotton Wool Balloons!

It’s Saturday so time for another GEM OF A CHALLENGE where the design team showcase the fabulous TOO CUTE range from Polkadoodles.

My card today is a birthday card for a child using the super adorable AGNES ELEPHANT BALLOON.

I cut apertures using the DELICATE DAISY CLUSTER die set and attached cotton wool behind. Why? Good question! I’ll get back to you!
