POLKADOODLES NEW RELEASE – Theo Penguin Mistletoe Kiss!

There is a fabulous new release available in the POLKADOODLES STORE so let me introduce you to THEO PENGUIN and this is MISTLETOE KISS. 

I took one of the sentiments that come in the bundle and enlarged it onto one of the backing papers.  I then popped the sweet image at the bottom adding some pearls and snowflakes to finish off the design.
